   Summary

The war is won. Amphoreus is born anew, praises sung onto the Deliverer of the New Dawn.

But something is missing. From now on, Mydei learns, something will always be missing.

(An AU wherein the Trailblazer successfully prevents Irontomb from being born, and everyone but the Chrysos Heirs forgets that Phainon had ever existed.)
