Kuroo's face pinched a bit. "After dropping from silver in Tokyo to bronze in Paris, the Olympic committee is concerned that our current team may not be strong enough to medal by 2028. They're also looking at the long run. The current team is almost entirely composed of members of the Monster Generation. They're concerned the whole team is going to age out in one cycle, so the committee would like to try to ensure the LA team is a mix of veterans and younger players.
