Yuta was scrolling on TikTok again.
There was a new trend this time, involving birds.
He looked outside of the window and did actually see a bird sitting there.
A tiny blue bird, just sitting there and looking around.
Yuta stood up from the couch to have a closer look but the tiny bird sensing the movement flew away immediately.
Oh well.
Yuta thought.

Jaehyun was laying down on the couch, watching something while Yuta was in the kitchen making them tea, when he remembered the bird theory.
He had to try it.
It was his thing now. Whatever new TikTok trend came up, he would try it with Jaehyun.
Why?
Because why not?
Jaehyun didn’t have an account and it was fun to see his reaction.
“Hey Jaehyun, you know what I saw today?”
“Hmmm..”
He replied, eyes still on his phone.
“I saw a little bird sitting by the window.”
Yuta said as he walked over and put their cups on the table.
That’s when Jaehyun put his phone down and sat up giving his full attention to Yuta.
“Really? How did it look?”
Yuta let out a small laugh and Jaehyun just smiled at him as he sipped his tea.
His glasses fogging up from the steam coming off the cup.
“Well it was a blue bird.”
“Mhmm… What did it look like?”
“Well it was tiny and light blue, and then its belly was a mixture of white and brown.”
Yuta replied, trying very hard to keep his voice steady and not laugh.
“That's cute. Did you try to let it in?”
Jaehyun said as he sipped more tea and leaned closer to Yuta.
He seemed genuinely curious about this bird.
Which made Yuta laugh.
Jaehyun looked confused “What’s so funny?”
“Nothing, but no it flew away before I could even get a closer look.”
Yuta said as he leaned his head on Jaehyun’s shoulder.
“Oh well that’s too bad. But at least it got to rest a bit on our window, don't you think?”
Yuta smiled as he held his hand and threaded their fingers together.
Really Jaehyun never fails to make him feel warm and light every time he decides to do these silly trends with him.
“Yeah…. I guess so.” He replied.
“Do you wanna watch something before we sleep?”
Jaehyun asked, picking up the remote control for their TV.
“Sure, what do you wanna watch?"
“Let's watch a bird documentary!” Jaehyun said with amusement in his tone and eyes.
Yuta let out a chuckle and cuddled closer to Jaehyun as he picked some documentary and pressed the start button.
Yuta decided to never stop doing these trends and hoped that they would get sillier every time.
