Summary
Marinette Dupain-Cheng is angry. She has been for the last 5 years of her life, after her father died at the hands of a noble. But when Chloe Bourgeois's hand maid dies at her own orders, and it seems that she will be taking the throne soon, Marinette is forced to go to the palace and charm Chloe into spilling information to help the rebellion. All while fighting her own growing feelings about the tyrant Princess. There seems to be much more to Chloe than just silk and lace, and Marinette can't decide if she wants to know more, or if she should just stay in her own lane and focus on the rebellion.
