You make a small mark on the world. Is it insignificant? Perhaps to you, who has only pressed a button, but to the person who recieved it it is so much more.

An invisible weight of a small act of kindness. How many have you given? You will never see the impact, but the action has sparked a movement.

Maybe they noticed, and even if they didn't this is your way of showing that you liked it.

Have you ever gone back to read a story and realized you had already kudoed the work before? Sometime in the past, you had already read and liked the work. Now you in the present have done the same. How interesting is that? To leave such an everlasting presence, to connect to yourself from however long ago that was? What were you like then? How are you now?

Days go by. Things change slowly. How you are today is different than how you were before. Months ago, years fly by, days pass, and the sun forever rises and sets. You have always been you, yet it is ever changing. Rocks erode, plants grow, and the clouds you see in the sky today will never exist in that way again.

Your interests will change but always be apart of you. These kudos you leave across this website, or upvotes on reddit, or likes on youtube, anything else will be a tiny reminder of a person you were in that moment in time showing you were there and enjoyed that.
