Little had changed about Tatooine by the time Obi-Wan returned to it, but for him it may as well have been an entirely new planet. The grief that he’d been mired in for so many long years had closed him off to it, narrowed his sight so much that he had not truly seen it in his time living here.
But as he had finally begun to let go of that pain, he lifted the shutters he had not even realized he had drawn, revealing fresh the beauty of the desert, the serenity and life dwelling in that interconnected ecosystem.
