    Olivia Marsden- Via, Olivia Benson's 15 year old niece, is sent to live with her aunt when her father, Simon Marsden, is found dead. With Via's mother gone, taking her half-brother with her, and no one else to take her in, Via has no choice but to go to an aunt she doesn't remember.
