Summary
Banette are creatures of hate. Of spite and neglect. Everyone knows that, especially the Banette.
Banette should never encounter their original owners. The ones that cast them aside. It doesn't end well for either party. The best fate for a Banette is to forget and be forgotten. To try and live a life separate from their origin.
But a Banette forgotten starves. No food can fill the pit in their spirit. They live off of disdain. And so, many a Banette seeks out their former owner, out of desperation or anger.
One more Banette falls into the trap of hunger and does what no Banette in their right mind should. And she's about to find out what happens when a Banette runs into someone who not only remembers them, but loves them dearly.
