   Summary

Every time they’d sleep, 9S would continue to listen to her heart beat, constant like a metronome. It became a routine. Whenever he held her hand tight, he wondered if 2B’s own heart was fluttering under her chest, similar to his.

9S's fascination with it gets him flustered.
