"What? No." Namjoon had his belt in a death grip as he skittered away from the smaller man smirking at him from across his desk.
"See?" Yoongi raised a single eyebrow. "It's easy to say no."
Namjoon is the city mage of the magical enclave in Seoul and loves his job - most of the time. He doesn't love the people pounding on his door at all hours or the landlord who forces him to use his magic to solve her plumbing problems or his bosses who want him to reroute magic from Namsam without blowing himself up. He loves his job but he doesn't love the way that it makes him feel tired, so tired that he starts fainting.
Concerned, his friends hire him an assistant: the quiet and infuriating Min Yoongi who questions everything: Namjoon's life, his priorities, his health and his belief that he is unsuited for love.
