The raiders are at the bar
Because Zodyl had a bright idea that they should try gaining information or sabotaging in secret
They’re targeting the base part of the cleaners like August and Eisha, they don’t know anyone else, that will change maybe
Though they don’t fight, they’re still very important to the cleaners and the raiders need to stunt their progress as much as they can
Plus, since they don’t fight, they won’t know who they are
It’s safe to assume reports just have names not full body descriptions of their looks
the disguise will be easy
Jabber wonders why he’s even included in the mission
He’s good with fighting, biological hazards, literally everything but this
This is gonna be boring
Momoa and Cthoni made a whole plan
Jabber barely listened
Not like he was much part of it anyway
He doesn’t even know how they knew that their target was at the bar

Momoa was to charm this guy named August Stilza and get information something something
And the rest is a mystery, maybe he should’ve listened a little more

Target arrived
August came in, Eisha forced him to stop being a workaholic just for once
He doesn’t know what he’s doing but hey he’s hype
the guy has the spirit
Hes doing this for his sister ig
He was looking around for someone to try to talk to until his eyes fall on a small group of friends, just 3 cool looking people talking
As he tried to go and approach, the girl with the headphones walked up first
Surprised, August tried his best to seem welcoming
Momoa already thinks he’s obnoxious af but she needs to get on his good side for the mission and introduced herself as Mina
She casually touched his shoulder while they were throwing around small talk
Sneakily using Asra to hear his memories so she could understand what would he like
As she was about to try and sway him, she noticed him staring at Jabber
“Hey, dude is that your friend? The one with the locs?! Can I meet-” The blonde man asked
“Oh yes! I’m sure you’d get along very well, I’m just going to get something, you guys talk”
Momoa likes where this is going, she won’t have to do the talking, besides it’s true they’re similar
She goes on to drag him towards Jabber
All they need is to befriend the guy to manipulate him, she hopes Jabber will get the hint
Now they’re standing face to face
Eisha talked something bout how he should try to hit on a girl, whatever she was talking about
“Hey you’re a beautiful looking girl, I like your fashion!! Let’s be homies?”
The blonde man blurted out
Jabber looks at him for a minute confused and stunned, this isn’t a part of the script!
“Huh, me? I ain’t no woman!”
“Oh! Well you’re a beautiful looking man!! Let’s be homies?”
He hurriedly corrected, trying to save face slightly embarrassed
Jabber laughs
“Thanks a lot man, and yeah sure let’s be friends”
August notices that the lightskinned was wearing a T shirt of his favorite band under his stylish jacket and immediately pointed it out
And after he did they absolutely yapped, finding multiple similarities within each other
They kept talking until it was time to go
“Hey, you guys really got along but we gotta go now”
Momoa came back
they exchanged contacts
“Kay I should probably go too, oh yeah what’s your name? I’m August!”
“I’m Jab- Jay, my names Jay”
“Anyway, we’re going now . Bye my friend!!”
“Byeee!!”

They walked down an alley way to exit through Cthoni’s manhole
Jabber surprisingly had fun, despite there being no fights or getting hurt
And hey Zodyl was pleased so it’s a win
But beyond the mission n all, he felt like he maybe actually got a new friend
He’ll definitely be chatting him soon.
