   A tale in which Michael Kaiser buys the future of Alexis Ness for his eighteenth birthday.

   Or alternatively: a slow burn romance between two boys who both have parentals issues bigger than Kaiser's inflated ego.

   I'm so excited to be writing this story! It's a little self-indulgent since there is a bit of context needed, but I think I did an ok job with the exposition. My beta reader also said they enjoyed having details revealed along the way, so I hope all of you do too!
