When he was little, Max used to imagine his soulmate as warm sun on a wet, rainy day. As he lets George cradle his face in his hands, basking in the obvious affection he’s being looked at with, allowing himself to be kissed, softly at first, and then with bone-melting passion, he wonders if he’ll ever feel cold again.
