   Summary

   A screenwriter’s primary goal shouldn't be to subvert audience expectations, surprise, or shock them, but to reward them with a narratively satisfying story. As the audience of ANDOR already knows that the entire crew of Rogue One dies, that Jyn isn’t “the only one who lost everything” and that Cassian and Jyn die holding each other on the beach, the suspense of the ANDOR series shouldn’t be the question “will this character live or die?” but “how will this character’s death contribute to the mission Rogue One give their lives for in the hope–but never certainty–they will succeed?”

   Get in, losers, we're destroying the Death Star deconstructing ANDOR and writing the 5 season lead-in to Rogue One Diego Luna signed on for and the fans deserved.
