   Summary

   “Hello~ this is the national suicide hotline; how can I help you?” the worker recites like he’s worked customer service all his life.

   “Uh,” Klein mutters, caught off guard. It feels like I should order dinner or something, he lampoons, biting back a chuckle as he brings his focus back in. “I kind of want to kill myself,” he says plainly, any nerves he might’ve had being sucked away by the odd atmosphere.

   The man on the other end lets out a fake gasp.

   “No…! Don’t kill yourself—you have so much to live for…!”

   When Klein's loneliness gets bad enough to call the suicide hotline, he's not sure what to expect. It sure as hell isn't the freak of nature Amon, who seems intent to do anything but his job.
