I am going through middle school friendships. So I did the best thing: Wrote poetry. It's Vent-Ish, but it is actually creative work that you can enjoy without knowing the context. It has emotions, so it's not just rhyming things. Here's a snippet!
The sky is blue
And this is true
But it's many hues
The sky has others too

It can be pink
Like on a summer night
You got a sweet drink
Nothing to fight
It can turn dark
With just a cloud
Kids leave the park
The thunder is loud
It can be black
Inky, starry and wide
Infinite, can't go back
Quiet and peace, allied
Yes, clouds pass through
But this much is true
The sky returns to blue
And I love you
I'm not going to be like "Oh it means this", because I like leaving my work up to interpretation. But it's about how friendship changes like the sky.
