   It is a time of uneasy peace.

   Seeking answers to fading visions,
   the JEDI COUNCIL has dispatched
   KNIGHT TAVREN SOLIS to investigate strange disturbances along the galactic rim. Ships have vanished without trace. Instruments fail. Hyperspace twists and warps as if wounded.

   Crossing the final beacon, Tavren enters the UNKNOWN REGIONS, a vast and silent gulf untouched by maps or memory. Here, the Force does not guide him. It trembles. It screams.
