Summary
Once a week, Sebastian takes his son to the lake. It’s secluded enough, perfect for a bit of father-son bonding. It’s a lovely afternoon. The sun is half-hidden behind the clouds and a light breeze tickles his skin. Lovelier, though, is the boy sitting in his lap, back pressed to Sebastian’s chest. He’s in only a pair of swim shorts and water shoes, and he’s squirming slightly at the feeling of something hard poking at his backside.
Sebastian pats one pudgy thigh, just beneath the hem of the shorts. The skin is sun-warm and damp from the lake. “Pay it no mind, sweetheart,” He says, fingers lingering on the soft skin.
