Wren moved to Woodsboro, Texas at twelve after transferring from Las Vegas, quickly earning the reputation of a quiet, “rich city girl.” Despite early attempts to befriend her, most students gave up, finding her too introverted — until Tatum reached out and introduced her to Sidney, forming a small friend group. By the time they were in 11th grade, the group had grown to include Stu and Billy, with Sidney clearly crushing on Billy.
