    "I'm not being dramatic!" Sausage protested, gesturing wildly at his injured arm. Blood stained the torn fabric of his loose shirt, although the cuts seemed to only be surface level, obviously claw marks from Scott. "Look how badly he injured me, I could've died!"

    Martyn nodded quickly, heart pounding in his chest as he said, "Yeah, what else could he be doing to Specs? He could be injured even worse right now, I need to go find him."

    "You can do that in the morning," the doctor said, managing to drag Sausage inside his house. "At least wait until it's light out, Martyn. Stumbling around in the dark trying to fight vampires won't help anyone."
