Summary
In 1977, in the midst of a secret meeting of the Order of the Phoenix, two young people are suddenly transported into the drawing room of Potter Manor. Hermione and Harry, siblings who had found each other almost by chance and had not shared a lifetime together, find themselves lost in the strands of time. They arrive in an era when the war they had just escaped was only just beginning, their wounds still raw and the traumas too great for their slender shoulders to bear. Finally, they are in a time when the adults take care of the problems and they are, at last, allowed—so far as possible—to be children.
