   Summary

   The Doctor caused a drunken bar brawl during the Euro ‘16 that burnt down the pub and the adjoining shop. He’s put under house arrest by UNIT and Clara is now his legal guardian for 3 WHOLE months. No Tardis. No leaving the house for 12 weeks. What could be more tortuous for a man born for the universe?
