Summary
New York is rotting. The rain never stops, the headlines scream murderer, and Spider-Man’s mask has become less a symbol than a curse.
When a string of brutal killings is pinned on Spider-Man, Peter Parker finds himself hunted by the law, the press, and the shadows that once called him a hero. Evidence disappears, witnesses vanish, and every lead dies bloody. At the center of the erasure is Wade Wilson — ex-soldier, mercenary, and chaos in human form. Wade swears he’s protecting Peter, but his “fixes” are pulling the noose tighter.
Enemies become uneasy allies. Allies become something hungrier, darker. Every rooftop fight bleeds into teeth-bared intimacy, every mask pulled off leaves Peter more exposed. Their bond is fire and rot: obsession disguised as hatred, tenderness buried under violence.
But the web around them is tightening. The city turns against Spider-Man. A voice in the shadows whispers that Peter will break. And when he does, it won’t matter whether Wade is his salvation — or his ruin.
