   Summary

   While temporarily docked at the unremarkable Smudge Island, Bartolomeo and his crew learn ground-breaking news that demands celebration. The contradictory captain and a few of his comrades head to one of the town's rougher drinking holes - Binks' Binge - a dive bar renowned for attracting lowlives and criminals.
   It's the perfect spot for a pirate to party, a rowdy place where lawlessness and brawls are a daily occurence; Bartolomeo expects a wild night, but the interest of the bar's owner comes as a surprise.
