Riddle Rosehearts

Works in the very back following the bible (recipe book written by Trey) to the very letter. He originally worked out front as manager (and/or owner depending on if you want 7 diff cafes or 1 big one), and while he still does manage everyone, he was just recently forced into the back kitchen due to exploding on a customer. That was when Trey's enabling came to a stop and he was banished until he could fully get his temper under control. Was very begrudging about it, but was aware of how bad (rule-breaking) blowing up on a customer was.

Trey Clover

The author of the bible (recipe book), lead manager despite what Riddle may think, and the glue that keeps everything running. He is one of the best with the customers, by far the best in the kitchen, and has heat-resistant hands for washing dishes. He is overall the best employee without question, likely due to growing up as the oldest son in a bakery. He takes great care of his co-workers and is the person EVERYONE wants to have a shift with. His only flaw was his issue with enabling Riddle's explosive behaviours, leading to a fight with a new hire (Ace) and an incident with a regular customer (Yuu).

Cater Diamond

The (self-appointed) social media manager, while his primary job is as a barista. He's great with customers, but often gets distracted with his side hustle that he claims is 100% bringing in new business. Additionally, he often pushes his work onto new hires. However, when he does lock in, he has INSANE multitasking skills. When Riddle isn't paying attention, he is definitley breaking health and safety codes by doing at least four different tasks at once, yet somehow he pulls it off without incident (yet).

Deuce Spade

The hardest worker in the entire cafe. Despite being one of the newest hires, he somehow works harder than everyone else. Whether it's a fear of being a burden, or just his nature, he somehow managed to get Riddle's rare praise through his self-discipline and determination. One day, the regular customer Yuu asked why he did work so hard, and he explained it was because of his former delinquent behaviour that got his struggling mother a bad reputation and therefore made her suffer even more in finding work. But, his largest flaw is his lack of intuition, requiring step-by-step orders for every task he's given. As well as his tendency to get into trouble or fights with his co-worker Ace.

Ace Trappola

It is a MIRACLE this boy got hired. The only reason he did was because his older brother used to work there and managed to beg the owner (either Crowley or Riddle depending on your view of the cafe) to hire him. He's often disobedient, does his own thing, gets into fights, and only really listens to Trey (sometimes). The only reason he is allowed to stay is because of his brother, and the fact he is paid near-below minimum wage. Riddle originally forced him to be a dishwasher after realising how difficult he would be to discipline, but that didn't go well. He would complain the water was burning his hands, and make it colder, which hardly actually cleaned the dishes. Then, he would complain about back problems. The straw that broke Riddle's back was when he went way too slow and wasn't getting clean cups to the coffee machine fast enough.
