Summary
Sangwon brought him in front of a calendar and pointed a finger at a specific date. The day is marked with a rose drawn using a red pen.
“Remember this date.” Sangwon said, not a request but more of a command. “I plan to die on that day,” Sangwon looked at his own hands before looking Geonwoo in the eyes, “are you sure you still want me?”
Geonwoo paused thinking about what to respond. He knows Sangwon is not sick in a literal sense, but he knows what the other boy meant—he will die eventually. Despite that, he knows he can't stop him, nor does he have plans to stop him because he loves the shorter boy so much that he'll let the pain drown him.
“Let me love you first, and then you can die.”
‘At least in that way, you'll die happy.’ He left that unsaid.
“Okay.”
That was Sangwon's only response before flashing him with his signature smile.
