   Summary

   Lancelot never had a place he could call home. His entire life was spent in the twilight forests of lands where even kings feared to tread. Lawless lands. But that wasn't what attracted Lancelot; it was who lived in those forests. Unicorns, fairies, griffins, wood nymphs, and, of course, dragons. These forests teemed with magical creatures, unafraid of man. And Lancelot felt a kinship with them. But he was born a mere, wretched Mobian...
   Even among his own kind, he had a vile reputation, yet his skill as a hunter earned him respect even from kings of distant lands. But he didn't need this false fame. Far more meaningful to him was the attention of the blue dragon Sonic, who proved to be too young and naive, seeing something kindred in monster like him.
