Longtae sat on the bed, camera in his hand recording himself being lazy.
"I have Saturday and Sunday off. Fun right? No. My boyfriend's busy with work. And... I'm bored. So here I am, talking to a camera. Maybe I should've gone live... Ugh- whatever." Longtae looked at the empty bed. "I miss my boyfriend today."
Longtae sat up and walked out of his bedroom, to the kitchen.
"Shall we cook?" Longtae thought for a second. "Instant noodles it is." He grinned. He then leaned closer to the camera, whispering, "Don't tell my boyfriend I'm having this for lunch."
Longtae propped up the camera properly so he could do his thing quickly.
He then leaned back, moving around to get utensils. "He'd scold me. I don't know what it is with boyfriends and telling their partner to drink water and eat more food. Sometimes I just don't want to eat." He shrugged. "Tell me you relate to it."
"Let's just talk today. Well, I'm talking to you... And you comment on the video. I'll read. Because I plan to finish editing today and upload it today as well."
"I'll tell you about my insta feed. Aside from the edits of my favourite actor, Gun Atthaphan, you all, a few series I've watched, it's about all these really good dancers. Like, boy, I can't dance. I wish I could but my body doesn't listen to me at all. And wow- these people can dance and dance. But aside from that the cute couple/ friend group trends. Damn- good."
He added the noodles and seasoning packet in the boiling water.
"Do you guys have a lot of friends?" He looked up at the camera as he asked the question. "I don't. I have P'Rang and P'Tian back at Pha Pun Dao village. Well there's Chief too but I don't think he likes me that much."
Then suddenly Longtae chuckled, remembering something. "You know guys? My boyfriend thought I had a crush on P'Tian." He said, finding it a little unlikely. "I mean, he is a good guy. He looks good. I'd definitely introduce him to you guys next time we meet. But- maybe that's why Chief hates me. Whatever I laughed for a good second when my boyfriend said that."
"You know? I wish I talked more like this around people. But... I don't know. It's different. I didn't have any problem talking to people when I was a kid, back in the village, and even when I go there now for a visit. It's just about here, in the city. I barely have friends here. Should I just befriend my boyfriend's friends?
"My boyfriend is surprisingly social." He started. "He actually was the one who asked me out on a date. We didn't even know each other before that day. Guys, I found him so brave that day. He was so cute when he asked."
The video cut to Longtae sitting on the floor, camera set up on the tea table where his bowl of instant noodles was along with a glass of water.
"I think this is the medium spicy flavour. I'll survive I guess. My boyfriend loves this one. We have stocked up on them. He likes to have it for a midnight snack or for an odd time hunger."
Longtae settled on a series to watch and started eating in silence. He suddenly stopped and looked at the camera.
"I'm currently re-watching this 'The Eclipse' series. And wow- my boyfriend loves Ayan's character so much. I think I like Akk. He is so precious, you'd want to put him in your pocket and protect him from all the bad things." Longtae cooed at the screen, because he had stopped right on time where Akk was smiling.
Longtae continued watching the show. He was already done eating. After a while the scene cut to Longtae coming back to the living room from wherever he was. He sat on the couch.
"I'm gonna sing now." Longtae giggled. "Sorry. I'm really bored right now. I've finished my work before the deadline. All hail caffeine!" He jokingly cheered and then laughed.
He took his phone and played a soft song. He timed the start and sang on time. His voice blended with the singer's making it sound even more beautiful.
"My boyfriend loves this song. If you see him you'd think he likes those rock bands over this. But actually he enjoys soft music and even classics at times. Well he doesn't have a specific genre that he likes. It's more like, if he likes it then he just likes it. He's really adorable for that."
Then Longtae's phone rang. It was obvious from the way he lit up at the caller id, that it was Yok. The video was cut.
"It was my boyfriend. He was checking on me. And informing that he's coming back soon." Longtae happily smiled. "Apparently he 'fought' with his friend and said he'd rather be home than see them get handsy." He laughed. "He says his friend is too possessive and overly PDA kinda guy with his boyfriend."
"Oh I remember a comment asking me to do a Q & A and they also asked if they could ask me questions about my dating life. So... Well I will make a video someday. I'll drop it in the community post or my ig or both. And as long as the questions are decent I don't think I have any problem with being asked about my relationship."
"Oh- my boyfriend made a coffee cup." Longtae remembered. He ran to the kitchen and then back. He showed the camera the pretty pastel to everyone, happily showing off.
"My boyfriend went to learn pottery and made this cup for me on his own. I use it every single morning. He gifted it to me on my last birthday. Isn't he sweet?"
"Oh- also, I saw you guys ask why my boyfriend's not all over my youtube if I talk and mention about him that much. Well we're okay. It's his decision. He doesn't want his face out and I respect it. But yeah, he loves it when I do. And well I do work with cameras so this isn't too different except I'm shooting myself instead of other people."
"Haha- mark my words though. One day, I'm going to take a full on professional photoshoot of my boyfriend and make a video of it. He'll be making the last call whether he wants me to censor his face or not but I will. I've been selling that idea to him for some time."
"Just... My boyfriend looks so good. It'd be a shame to not try and capture that beauty."
Then Longtae went back to talking about his opinions about photographers and their working style.
"My boyfriend said he knows a photographer. They photograph political issues and protests. And they film the whole process. I think it's cool. Doing something with your skill to help out, putting your face out there no matter the danger. It's good."
"I should show you my boyfriend's art some time. I'll ask his permission and get back to you with it. My boyfriend is so good at painting. He does many kinds of paintings. He once made me a portrait, Charcoal style. And I loved it. Perks of having an artist as your boyfriend." Longtae proudly grinned.
"Oh and the oil paint one. He recently showed me this really cool painting he did back in university for an assignment. It was so cool. And my boyfriend said and I quote, 'I don't like this one that much'. I looked at him with shock. Like huh? But maybe it might be the process or some artistic view? I don't really understand much about it."
Longtae heard the door, keys being put in the keyhole. He became happy.
"Sorry guys. My boyfriend's back. I gotta go. I'll film an outro later." Longtae waved to the camera and stopped the video.

He ran to the door. Yok entered and instantly smiled at Longtae. He hugged him.
"Did you miss me?" Yok asked.
"A lot. I was so bored the whole day."
"Do you wanna go out then?"
"A date?" Yok nodded. "Yes! Let's go for a walk later. I wanna go to the lakeside."
"Deal."

Longtae turned on the camera again. He was wearing different clothes and his hair was wet.
"I'm just out of the shower. I went out on a date with my boyfriend which delayed the outro. But hehe- I'm not bored anymore."
"Baby~ dry your hair properly. You'll get sick!" Yok's voice was heard in the background.
Longtae ended the video and Yok forced him to sit and dry his hair.

"Babe you're only talking about me in 80% of the video." Yok said as he finished the video. His cheeks were red, flustered.
"But you're such a good boyfriend. It's a crime to not brag about you."
Yok chuckled in response, the blush not fading. Yok just got closer to Longtae and hid himself in the crook of his boyfriend's neck. Longtae chuckled and caressed his hair.
"I love you." Yok mumbled.
"I love you too."
