It was a normal day for them, walking side by side while Ragatha talked on and on random stuff
"Hey! Not to be rude, but are you okay Zooble? You seem... uh... spaced out is something bothering you"
"Huh? Obviously! I'm just thinking about something it's not important"
"Are you sure your okay...?"
"Yeah, yeah, don't worry Ragatha I'm fine- just uh- thinking of uh the math test on Friday."
"Okay, if you say you are..."
They began to walk again, but this time the air around them was more tense then usual
Ragatha couldn't stop thinking about what could possibly be wrong with Zooble, stealing a puzzled glance at her
Had she noticed the short glances from Ragatha every time they walked? Maybe it was how clingy she already was with Zooble!
When they got to school, they said their goodbyes and made their way to their respective classes
'It's only first period but it feels like it's been hours...' Zooble thought as they blankly stared at the teacher talking on and on about what she could only think is about math? Well she couldn't care! "Fuck..." they silently cringed at the memory of the morning
All she wanted to do was be with Ragatha, as she was planning on confessing to her at lunch
As soon as she heard the bell ring, Ragatha ran to where Zooble's class so they could walk to their next class together like how they did every other day.
when she got to where they would be... they were no where to be found 'weird... did they leave without me?' she thought as she started to walk to her next class slightly concerned
when she enters the classroom she looks around but zoobles no where to be seen 'strange... where could she be' she thought
all class they never showed up so she got very worried and started to ask her classmates if they had seen her
she decided to look in the last place she could think to find her, the rooftop
"Zooble! Zooble... oh Zooble!? is that you?"
"huh?" she turned around to see Ragatha out of breath "Ragatha?..."
"w- where have you been!? I haven't seen you all day since this morning!"
"oh wait what- what time is it.."
"it's lunch..."
"oh I lost track of time!"
"..."
"I- I'm so sorry that I made you worry! I just was up here thinking..."
"what could be so important that you skip class to just think about it for a whole hour up here!?"
"i- well do you really want to know?"
"yeah?"
"Ive... been thinking about... the fact that um"
"what is it?..."
"I.. I have a crush on you."
"...what?"
"i really like you Ragatha..."
"I... I don't know what to say"
"ah..."
"um can you give me time to think about it?"
"oh yeah sure"
'ah... is she going to hate me now? no that can't happen she won't hate me. right?' they thought the entire time
the bell rang signaling it was time for them to go to class
"oh it's time for class see you later Zooble"
"huh? oh uh yeah bye"
they both went to the rest of their classes
the day came to a end as just like in the morning they walked together side by side but this time with a tense atmosphere like the morning as they walked back to Ragathas house.
when they got to her house Ragatha walked to her door and turned around to face Zooble with a small smile on her face.
"bye Zooble see you tomorrow"
"see you"
zooble slowly walked to their house thinking about what happened in a negative way.
they brushed off the thoughts and walked home.
Zooble stared at her phone, 'aghhh I really want her to say she likes me too' she thought as she laid on her bed and put her phone down next to her.
They sighed and sat up to stare at the pile of homework they still had to finish from weeks ago.
they frowned as they got up and walked over to their desk and started working.
she worked until she could bearly keep her eyes open 'finally I'm done...' she thought.
she turned her head slightly to see the clock '2:01 am' it said
she stared it at for a few minutes before slowly walking to her bed and immediately passing out.
