   Summary

   Tim doesn't attend the funeral. He knows he can't bear it. He knows he wouldn't be able to handle seeing the boy he loves, because he will never not love him, be buried and put away forever in front of him. Tim knows he won't be able to handle seeing a reminder that his best friend died at his fault. If Tim had been a bit more precautious, if he kept his head in the game and just focused, he could have dodged Superboy-Prime's attack. Kon wouldn't have needed to rush in and lose his life trying to save Tim. 

   And all through the while, Bruce, Dick, Steph, Cass, Duke, Cassie, everyone, tells him it will get better.

   Tim wishes he could believe that his life will get better from here.
