"Hey Bill?" Ford asks tentatively "What's up Sixer?" Bill asks cheerfully
"You- uh you mentioned once that a monster had destroyed you're- um you're dimension and I would like to know more about it" Ford says fidgeting with his fingers to avoid looking at Bill,
Bill falters for a moment but quickly recovers "Well that's certainly a personal question ain't it Sixer? I didn't know you could be bold like that!"
Ford's face goes red "Uh- well- I-" "Don't worry Fordsy I'm just teasing~"
Bill leans in closer to Ford "You really wanna know than I'll show you!"
"show me?"
"Yep! I'm going to use the magic of the mindscape to show you what it was like to live in my dimension!"
Ford looks around in awe at the colorful shapes all around him "Are these other shapes your people?"
Ford asks pulling up a notebook to write in, Bill (who is now completely flat except for his eye) looks amused by Ford's enthusiasm,
"You betcha, but none of the other Euclideans were as cool as me, they couldn't even see the third dimension!"
"Indeed, I'm sure you must've been the best! though I'm curious now, what was it like being able to see the third dimension in a two-dimensional world?"
"It was horrible!" "What? why?" Ford puts down his notebook to listen more intently to Bill
"All the other Euclideans thought it was weird and bad that I could see the stars, not that they knew what stars were though"
Bill gets up from the floor and becomes the (Still mostly flat) three-dimensional shape he usually is,
"Bill..." "After the massacre of my people and the destruction of my dimension I was left to wander the multiverse for one trillion years before I met you"
"Bill that's horrible... I can't imagine what that must've felt like..." Bill waves him off "Don't worry about me Sixer, I've got you to keep me company now! right?"
"Of course! I'll keep you company for as long as I can my muse" Ford says smiling
"I'm sure you will Sixer"
"I'm sure you will"
