Levi and Eren first bump into one another - quite literally - in the middle of a quiet street after chasing Pokémon - Eren a Squirtle, Levi a Charmander. It's no surprise that it happens multiple times in the exact same spot. It's not like they're trying to see one another again. It's just chance that the Pokémon keep leading them there.
