At first Nikolai doesn’t want an “assistant”, why would he need a mechanic to help him around his hangar? That’s until he sees your file and a feral, dark part of him knows he needs you around, to use and tease. He definitely didn’t agree to employ you only to be able to bend over and use your hole whenever he wants to, oh no… but he does want to.
He circles around you like a hungry shark and finally his patience breaks and he attacks.
Besides, you’re a damn good mechanic too. So no, Nikolai doesn’t mind having you around.
