It’s everywhere

Summary:

Percy meets Cass and Steph

Notes:

Day 11: Glitter

Work Text:

Somehow, even though Percy was hesitant to meet most of the family, Jason had convinced him to at least meet Cass, someone who would understand him.

Though, with Cass, Steph usually followed.

Jason had asked and made sure it was ok that Steph came over and Percy agreed, he only said he didn’t want to meet everyone at once, which was completely fair in Jason’s eyes.

Though, Jason was really regretting letting Steph enter in with some crafts to make homemade ornaments.

Cass had knocked and waited for Jason to open the door while Percy was just taking out the cookies from the oven. Behind Cass, Steph stood there, hair pulled back into a ponytail, a bright smile on her face and a bag in her hands.

Jason quickly let the pair in, and that’s when everything went wrong.

Percy smiled warmly at the two girls and gestured for them to sit in the living room.

Cass and Steph quickly took one of the couches while him and Percy took the other one.

They had talked for a bit, Percy eventually started talking more and more, clearly liking Cass and Steph, when Jason got a call.

He sighed as got up from the couch and left the living room to answer the call.

It was one of his lieutenants asking him about a shipment.

The call lasted 20 minutes and when he got back, he found Cass, Steph and Percy sitting on the floor around their coffee table while painting ornaments and still talking.

“Is this what your brought?” Jason asked as he leaned against the wall.

Steph smiled, “not only this,” she said and reached into the bag and pulled out, oh no.

“Who let Steph have glitter?” He asked, already knowing where this is going.

Cass shrugged and Steph was laughing. Percy just sat there, paint brush in one hand, ornament in the other as he painted something that looked from Atlantis.

“Oh come on, I’m not that bad,” Steph joked, opening the glitter, pouring some onto her ornament.

Oh this was going to be fun to clean up later.

True to his word, somehow Steph had gotten it everywhere.

It was even in his hair somehow when he didn’t go anywhere near it.

But at the, Percy was smiling so big.

It was going to be nice once he got to know the rest of the family.
