Work Text:
Alfred was glad to hear that his second grandson had found a partner.
Jason had been through so much, and now he had someone who loved him for who he was. It made Alfred happy. And when Jason had asked Alfred if he would like to meet his partner, Alfred was overjoyed, though he never let it show; he was excited.
Alfred had asked a few things of Jason. Mainly what his favourite colour was.
And, contrary to popular belief, Alfred does take time for himself, and he decided he was going to make a hat for Jason's partner.
By the time Jason had said that he and his partner would be coming over, Alfred had long finished the hat.
The hat was this deep blue that had a little pom-pom on the top of it. Alfre quite enjoyed making it; he always enjoyed making things for his grandkids and any partner that they brought home.
Before they got there, Jason had warned Alfred that his Partner would like to be called Percy instead of his full name, and Alfred was one to respect that; he did for the rest of the children, and he would continue to do it for the rest of them.
Alfred smiled softly before opening the door. It was a quiet Manor today, and that was why Jason had agreed to do it today.
“Welcome to Wayne Manor.”
