Afterwards, Karamihan had begun issuing a new memo to the ministers of his cabinet that the potential heist at the Royal Central Bank of Terabithia would take place in late May 2033 in accordance to the recent threat assessment and intelligence findings with a mysterious man known as the Professor in charge of the heist with a group of eight people, who took the city names as their aliases for anonymity, to enter the said bank and escape with $10 trillion. This prompted Karamihan to hold a meeting at the cabinet room to discuss the latest findings.
“We have gathered here today to inform all of you on what I just received. A document states that the heist at the Royal Central Bank of Terabithia would take place in late June with a mysterious man known as the Professor in charge of the heist.” Karamihan stated as he continued. “In addition, the Professor had recruited a group of eight people, who took city names as their aliases for anonymity, to carry out an ambitious plan that involves entering the Royal Central Bank of Terabithia and escaping with $10 trillion from our country’s central bank.”
“If this is correct, then the Professor will carry out a plan on June 21st.” Minase stated.
“I agree. We need to be on high alert as the Professor’s group will strike.” Tsuchiya stated.
“If they enter the central bank, they’ll plan to stay there for a few weeks.” Shiraishi stated.
“However, it would be unwise to send in the Royal Army at this time.” Natsukawa stated.
“And they’ll plan to print $10 trillion dollars from our bank without stealing it.” Hanazawa stated.
“The best thing we could do is to send in the Royal Police to the capital.” Takahashi stated.
After hours of discussion over the course of action in anticipation of a heist at the Royal Central Bank of Terabithia by the Professor’s group to enter the national bank and escape with at least $10 trillion, Karamihan had come up with a plan to prepare for a potential heist by the Professor without sending in the Royal Army when it became clear that its officer corps were polarized over where they stand on disciplinary actions and the political direction of the Kingdom.
“We’ll be conducting the surveillance campaign on the Professor and any individuals that he managed to recruit to keep tabs on what they were up to as his plan of entering the national bank and escaping with $10 trillion will be carried out on June 21st.” Karamihan stated as he continued. “This would allow the Royal Police to monitor their movements and respond in a quick and efficient manner. In addition, this would avoid sending in the Royal Army to handle what we’re calling it the domestic issue as it would be unwise to send on the military.”
With that being stated, the members of the Karamihan cabinet began setting up the foundation on how would the government of Terabithia respond to the crises that would come their way without sending in the Royal Army as it became clear that its officer corps were split over where their commanding officers stand on disciplinary actions and the political direction of the Kingdom. As they’re coming up with a firm foundation on how would the cabinet respond the crises, the document that explains the plan by the Professor contains additional information on the group members that were answerable to him, such as the aliases of the Professor’s group and the background of their members as they figure out the motive of the heist, which is currently unknown. With less than a week before the start of the heist, the foundation on how the government of Terabithia would respond to the crisis is put in place and involves the entire cabinet meeting at the cabinet room in an emergency session for the duration of a crisis.
“The foundation of how we’re going to respond to the crises was put in place as the entire cabinet would be assembled at the cabinet room to come up with our course of action in the event of a crisis taking place.” Karamihan stated as he continued. “The members of the other organizations that made up the ad-hoc coalition would also be assembled to give their opinions on what would be our response to the crisis, which would expand the list of options quickly.”
With that being stated, Karamihan had established the first ever crisis response center at the Office of the Prime Minister as it became clear that a heist at the Royal Central Bank of Terabithia would begin on June 21st with the Professor and a small group of people taking the city names as aliases participating as they look to enter the nation’s central bank and escaping with at least $10 trillion in cash. In addition, security at the Royal Central Bank of Terabithia had increased to the maximum level in an attempt to thwart the Professor and a group of people that he had recruited from entering the bank and escaping with that amount of money. However, it became clear that the Professor’s group would adapt to the tight security by utilizing tactics that can enter the nation’s central bank undetected before going to take hostages and began printing money without stealing it as they began to stay there for at least a month before making an exit.
“It’s been at least two months since the formation of a new government.” Karamihan stated.
“I agree. The Supreme Court has issued a ruling in your favor.” Takahashi stated.
“And it’s because our political coalition held a majority of the seats.” Minase stated.
“The Cyberia Squad had issued a statement accusing us of rigging the election.” Horie stated.
“The Kakegurui League and the Borderland Coalition were neutral on the issue.” Toyama stated.
“Nevertheless, they’ll be heading there to voice their opinions in times of crisis.” Tomatsu stated.
“That’s true. It’s because we established a crisis response center.” Hanazawa stated.
“Despite all of this, the ad-hoc revolutionary coalition continued to hold.” Shiraishi stated.
“However, the said coalition would fracture within a couple of weeks.” Shibasaki stated.
Suddenly, the advisors to the Prime Minister, Ayane Saukra and Ayana Taketatsu, rushed to the Office of the Prime Minister to inform him of the heist at Terabithia’s central bank an hour ago.
“Prime Minister, we got confirmed reports of a heist at the Royal Central Bank.” Sakura stated.
“It is revealed that the Professor and his small group had launched a plan.” Taketatsu stated.
With that being stated, Karamihan activated the crisis response center for what will come next.
