   Summary

   Dr Michael Robinavitch receives a letter from the son of his childhood best friend calling him back to his hometown of Broken Bow, Nebraska.

   Dennis Whitaker sends a desperate letter to his father's childhood best friend after his father's health takes a turn for the worse. With his mother's passing and his brothers having moved out, he tentatively asks for Dr Robby's help.
