Hold on… Wait. Who the hells is this "God" character?
“The Christian God? You know, the guy who created all in his image? I was trying to teach a retelling of the Christian Bible in a simpler way for neurodivergent Chri-”
Nah. Don’t know him. He didn’t create anything here in this dimension, that was all Libra and Neo. Let me tell you all the actual story because I know this whole thing by heart! It was kind of drilled into me by the others…
"Wait... wait N-"
Poof. Bye bye. Alright, now, the story told to all astrals:
In the beginning, two dead dimensions collided, creating the one we live in now. There was only enough life left in both dimensions to create one; Neo. Neo was the one who started it all. Once strong enough, they created two children; one created from the brightest of stars and one from the darkest of black holes. Libra, mother to life and watcher of fate, and Caos, father to death and creator of, well, chaos. Libra was of course the favorite, and it showed. Caos became jealous of his sister and manipulated the shadows to attack her, trying to steal her life giving powers. Neo didn’t want their children to fight, and they knew they needed to put an end to it. They banished Caos to the void, using a chant that used up so much power that their body slowly became nebulaic stone: “[friend to foes, beauty in destruction, stars and man alike, I banish thee to the abyss where one must stay]" Neo, before turning, had one last thing to tell their daughter, “One will come that will strengthen the curse I have created to release Caos of this universe once and for all and set me free for eternity. I love you so dearly, my starlight.”
Libra needed people to protect this new dimension with her, and since she was the only one in the universe at the time, she created the Zodiac Council and the eleven other zodiacs you know today, making her the High Zodiac. She first created her two strongest council members, Taurus and Leo. Taurus marched the borders with his godly strength and Leo controlled the flames of the stars and planets, lighting the universe so the shadows wouldn’t grow new beings like Caos. Now, as Taurus’ best friend, I would never use his dead name or misgender him, so the story has been changed so that it uses his preferred name and pronouns because I don’t want his wrath upon me in my sleep. Back to the story: Libra then created the writers to write rules and history, aka Aries and Capricorn, now known as Reaper. Reaper wrote the history and Aries wrote the rules.
That, of course, leads to Libra creating the healers: Virgo and Pisces. Virgo worked with more natural remedies and herbal medicine and Pisces worked with more Earthly modern medicine and tools. Alongside them, Libra created Cancer to write down medicine for the healers to repeat. After the needed Zodiacs were created, Libra got creative, creating the rest of the zodiacs and the other constellations. As this happens, the dinosaurs are living on Earth for your time comparison. 65.9 million Earth years went by before Caos tried coming back into the dimension. Almost all of him stayed in the void, but a part of him stayed inside the dimension, corrupting the mind of some of our allies; Cetus and Ophiuchus. Cetus created most of the other toxins beneath him like Cygnus, now known as Keres, and Capricorn’s Whisper, now known as Vortex, Ophiuchus instructing which ones to corrupt. Though Cetus is seen as the leader, Ophiuchus can control Cetus like the snake-charmer he is. That's when one day, Leo lost everything because of me...
A while back, Leo and his wife had asked Libra to make them a child since they were lonely doing their jobs. Leo’s own little cub known as Leo Minor to the earthlings and Pheonyx to the Zodiacs. Her mother left because of fear before Pheonyx gained consciousness, so Leo had to raise that cub by himself. But with all his life energy, he taught her to use her own power of creation for the betterment of the universe to prove she wasn’t as bad as her mother thought. But from what I understand, she was corrupted by jealousy.
