He was finally free, huh?
He had to admit that he felt as if a great weight had finally fallen from his shoulders. As if someone had finally cut that nasty string that was tightening all his tendons when he strayed too far from the path, reminding him of its presence. Although maybe it was just in his head…
It didn't matter now.
For the first time in nearly ninety years, he wasn't bound to anyone!

“So why am I here?” Alastor thought as the tip of his shoe hit the threshold of the hotel's front door, snapping him out of his train of thought.
__________Alastor's plan succeeded. For the first time in a very long time, he is truly free.
Only one question remains: What next?
Nothing is forcing him to stick around at the Hotel, and yet... Maybe he could still get something out of it for himself.
Especially with the newly acquired information about a certain duck-loving King.
Or will his plans change when unexpected guests arrive at the Hotel for completely different reasons?
