Summary
Lily Potter has lived her life in relation to others: the best friend of a troubled boy, a loving wife, a dedicated mother, a grieving widow. When her son Harry leaves for university, Lily finds herself alone for the first time in decades, confronted with the unsettling task of defining herself outside of those bonds.
