Work Text:

Finally, after a whole entire torturous month of failure, starting over, repeat.

She had almost finally completed the process of becoming an animagus.

One more step left, and she's done; she's in a large and secure place that she can possibly find in the Hogsmeade Village.

If she messes this up, she's done, done.

Pointing her wand at her heart as she recites the incantation, the words one last time.

"Amato Animo Animato Animagus...."

Bok-su recited out of memory, as she felt a strong headache, pressing one of her hands against her forehead, as she saw a cat, a black cat, a fluffy cat with the body being round, clearly.

Her heartbeat is beating twice each second, as she tries to breathe slowly, closing her eyes shut, her uniform melding with her skin together.

Until the annoying headache stops, as she slowly opened her eyes, looking down at her hands or...

Paws?

She noticed that she had become much shorter now, the furniture around the place was much bigger before she completed the incantation, it's a success..!

Taking a step forward, letting her paws[?] feel the wooden floor, she feels weird walking on all fours, though she's in her cat form now...

As she feels comfortable and no longer feels weird walking on all fours, as she grabs her wand in her mouth, leaving the place she was in through the window.

Trying to get back to Hogwarts during a violent lightning storm was as difficult as coming to the place, obviously.

It takes an hour of almost drowning and nearly getting hit by a lightning, as she takes shelter in the Shrieking Shack, an abandoned house known for being haunted, though considering she had seen ghosts before, this house was no different from the ghosts she sees in Hogwarts.

Entering the house, she surprisedly sees no ghosts in this house, just the harsh large scratch marks on each of the wall of the house inside.

The scratch mark looks to be old, like the scratch mark has been there for about a year.

The scratch marks is obviously too large for an average wolf or some other large animals, considering there are no bears in the Hogsmeade Village.

So the most logical answer is that of either a violent ghost who decides to leave, or worse, a werewolf living there.

Searching the house for a while, noticing a long dark passage, her eyes adjusted to the dark, as she considered entering the passage.

She finds a light at the end of the passage as she gets outside of the passage, realising the infamous Shrieking Shack was connected to the infamous Whomping Willow.

Though she doesn't have time to think about it, as she's at school grounds now, and it's probably 1 AM right now.

Managing to get inside of Hogwarts as she shakes her head to dry herself off, her body following along.

Finding her way to the west side of Hogwarts, climbing up the spiral staircase that would probably make that one tan-skinned meek Hufflepuff student a little sick to his stomach.

As she makes it to the fifth floor, being greeted by a door without a doorknob or keyhole, but a bronze knocker in the shape of an eagle.

She also finds a student sitting on the floor right next to the door, as she recognises the student as her younger brother, Vincent.

Walking up to him, as she placed one of her paws at his knees as Vincent's eyes stared at the cat that was placing her paws at his knees, noticing the wand in the cat's mouth being identical to his older sister's wand as he connected the dots and put pieces by pieces together to realise the cat was his older sister.

"You seriously went through all that trouble... Just to become a fluffy cute cat..."

Vincent said in disbelief, his face flickering between surprise and disbelief.

As Bok-su frowned, as she slapped Vincent with one of her paws, as Vincent groaned under his breath, as he stood up, his Slytherin uniform somehow still in crisp condition.

"I had to get going to my common room before any of my fellow Slytherins noticed me being absent at an unreasonable hour. Been chatting with the eagle knocker for too long."

Vincent tiredly said, as he made his way down the spiral staircase, as Bok-su tried to imagine her human self as clearly as her mind could allow her apparently.

As Bok-su transformed into her human self successfully, her uniform still resting on her body.

As the eagle knocker greeted her, as well as giving her a riddle question, as she answered it correctly, gaining entry to her common room.

Until next morning when she does test it out with a certain someone...

The next morning was nothing special to make note of.

Wake up, shower, dress up, leave the common room and eat in the great hall with thousands and thousands of lit candles that were just floating in midair over the four long tables, where the rest of the students were sitting.

She really wishes she could just skip it, and eat at somewhere else, but this is where she would be receiving her meals every single day now, as she takes a seat at her own house table.

As she ignored the chatting between her fellow ravenclaw, as she turned her head behind, noticing the auburn-haired Hufflepuff student guy, Rody if she remembered correctly, that one Hufflepuff, muggleborn student who keeps burning his robe sleeves on accidents, forcing him to have his sleeves underneath the robe rolled up to his elbow, and the one who doesn't even know how to tie his tie and let his tie untied and hanging, the one who attended Hogwarts at his third year.

Yep, that's Rody, and Bok-su had no clue why Vincent, her younger brother of all people, would like him; they're basically bound to hate each other or even not cross paths with each other, and yet Vincent liked him and crossed paths with him instead.

Vincent was a pureblood and Rody was a muggleborn.

Vincent was a Slytherin, the "evil" house and Rody was in the boring house, Hufflepuff.

And against all odds, he develops a liking to the slightly smart but ultimately an idiot, wet golden retriever energy Hufflepuff boy.

Guess love knows no dumb blood status thing, or something, not that Bok-su know.

Rody was chatting with the Quidditch star chaser of the Hufflepuff house, Winnie Bosko, they're definitely getting along together with how much laughter they have chatting with each other.

Behind the Hufflepuff table is the Slytherin table, Bok-su can see her younger brother, Vincent looking directly at Rody, his eyes lock onto Rody while he's conversing with his fellow Slytherins.

Very subtle, Vincent...

Her eyes are immediately drawn towards the girl at the Slytherin table next to Vincent, Da-jeong.

Her one and only friend, an unusual duo between a Slytherin and a Ravenclaw, she's not that bad of a person, she's way too cheerful for Bok-su, in separate houses and yet they somehow become the bestest of friends ever.

After meal time, class is on, the time in class passes through her head, nothing really interesting other than whatever dumb shenanigans Rody is on with Vincent, and helping Da-jeong out.

Two of the professors are absent for the day for whatever mysterious reasons.

"What do you guys think happened with the two professors who went absent for the day, huh? A magical accident, late to class, or maybe my greatness is too much for them to handle."

That one annoying Slytherin student said, he was always cocky, never letting his braggadocio attitude off, a true Slytherin pride, dare she say.

She realised she had forgotten what his name was, to be honest his name was pretty forgettable.

Was it Bryce Stryker? Chase Beckley? Clayton Cox? She honestly couldn't be bothered to remember it correctly.

For some reason Bryce or whatever his name was, was always interacting with the meek tan-skinned Hufflepuff student.

Some times passed, they got free time finally.

As Da-jeong is with Vincent and Bryce, conversing with each other, unfortunately, for the reason of being in the same house together in the courtyard.

As Da-jeong decided to disengage herself from the conversation while Vincent made an excuse to go off to the Hogwarts kitchen, as Da-jeong explored the castle of Hogwarts for a while.

Feeling something brush against one of her legs, as she looks down, seeing a black fluffy cute cat brushing their face against Da-jeong's legs, as Da-jeong pick the cute cat up, the cat's ears have long tufts of furs sticking out at the tip of their ears, with furs fluffy like a cloud and cute little legs.

As Da-jeong rubbed her face against the cat's belly, as she put the cat in her sweater waistcoat from the front, as the cat rested in Da-jeong's sweater waistcoat.

Never questioning why there's a cat there in the first place, probably someone else's pet, but Da-jeong couldn't care about that, unbeknownst to Da-jeong, though, that this cat is actually Bok-su in her animagus form, as Da-jeong explore the castle of Hogwarts with the cute cat she met.

Notes:

[So if you're wondering what house did Manon, Augustine, Myeong-hoon, and Angelica end up in? Manon, Myeong-hoon, and Angelica in Hufflepuff, Augustine is in Gryffindor and is a Quidditch beaters.]

[Rot In Paradise Characters and Jackpot Crash Course Characters are up to you to which house they end up in.]

[As for Forcas and Normal Guy, idk they could be the absent professors, who knows.]
