Chapter Text

“Hm? Lindy-chan, is that you!?”
That was the voice of someone who lied did not want hear.

It's been a few weeks since the Evidol games, which lied was forced into by his classmate kerori. His plan was only to help her with the games and then lay low for awhile while “lindy-chan's” popularity gets forgotten.

And yet. Here he is. Standing in the middle of the town’s festival as Lindy. He wanted to get some shopping done alone and most demons have gone back to paying their focus to Kuromu.

(S)he was wearing his normal cross dressing outfit. Pigtails and some cute clothes, usually a skirt with it. The outfit fit him well. Ever since he was born he knew he had more cute traits rather than handsome ones. But it didn't matter to him right now because right now he is Lindy.

Everything was going well shopping and getting food, everything looked to be a perfect day. Until a voice could be heard in the near distance.

Back in the evidol games Lindy-chan seemed to catch the interest of another evidol. Beeber. One of the few male evidol's, known for his handsome looks and charming personality. Personally Lied couldn't see anything special about him. That in-turn made Beeber want to learn more about the mysterious evidol that he could not charm.

And here they were. Both standing together in front of a café.

“oh uh, hi” lied speeds into the cafe to avoid him right after answering him.

“Hey, what can I get ya?”

“Could I get a devil's little chocolate?” (Bitch idk it the netherworld bruh)

“Make it two actually!” Beeber says standing right next to Lindy.

“Okay it will be $6.70”

“Ill play for you sweetheart~” Beeber says with confidence while handing the other demon his card.

“thank you..” Lindy says shyly with a hint of discomfort.

“ah. Uhm want to sit over there?” Beeber notices her discomfort and tries to make some distance between them.

They sit down awkwardly sitting in silence.

“so.. What made you get into being a evidol lindy-chan?”

“I didn't really want to become a evidol actually I just had to help my friend in a pinch” Lindy's gaze shifting around so she didn't have to look him in the eyes. If she did, she might die right there from embarrassment.
“Why did you become an evidol? It's different seeing a male evidol.” She asks back trying to make conversation.

“Ive actually never thought about it. I guess I would have to say that I saw how happy evidols made demons in the netherworld and I wanted to do that too.” He says with a smile so brought it might blind any girl, except Lindy.

“Y'know that hella cheesy.” She has a blank face on.

“Hm what do you mean by that?”

“Beeber, I know that's not the real answer. It might be part of it but not all of it.”

“haha caught me it's cause-”

Lindy cuts him off “No. It's not just to charm evidol girls. I think you didn't know what else to do in your life and you feel that your good looks are the only thing you have.” Beeber looks at her shocked and saddened because she wasn't wrong.

“Here are your drinks”

“Thank you.” Lindy says very cutesy to the demon bringing the drinks. She waits for him to leave to start speaking again.

“Beeber, find a real reason to stay as a evidol, not just that you didn't have anything else to do with your future.”

She grabs her drink and walks away from a dumbstruck Beeber. He was taken back because she was still right. He wanted no needs to find a good real reason to stay as a evidol.

Leaving the cafe Lindy makes her way down the main street of the festival. Sipping on her drink while walking and checking out the stores. Almost choking on her drink when she saw some classmates of hers. At that moment she decided to call it quits.

Back at home she started to think about her day, it was very peaceful as lindy-chan thought, well other than running into her classmates. But other than that it was a nice day. Maybe she should do it more often.
