Work Text:
Marc didn't love the holiday season. But Steven did, which meant for almost two months, Marc didn't exist, not really anyway. This year was different. This year, Marc had you.
You who had a collection of cheesy Hanukkah tchotchkes you use to decorate your apartment every year. You even had a sweatshirt collection specifically for the holiday.
Marc tried hiding the fact he found it all adorable and so very… refreshing.
But apparently he sucked at hiding it. The first night you had gifted him a three pack of Hanukkah boxers.
You watched as he fought a smile before saying, "You know these probably aren't considered Kosher, right?"
You roll your eyes, "Your penis is Kosher Marc, it's fine."
He couldn't help chuckling as he shook his head.

The second night, he was late. Crime didn't take a holiday but when he got back to your place, you were fast asleep on the couch. The gift he got you open and you wearing it. When he went to pick you up, he saw the small box with his name on it.
He opened it and inside was a thread bracelet with a Star of David braided in the middle.
The next morning when you woke, you smiled lightly running your fingers over the bracelet. Marc's arm tightening around your waist.
~~~~~~~~~
The next night your present to him was a big blanket covered in moons with MSJ sewn in one corner.
"Uh not that I don't love it but…" He looks at you raising an eyebrow.
"It's for that," You roll your wrist in the air thinking, "Sarcophagus, you have in your office."
He blinks at you as you lean back on your hands, "How did—"
"I stopped by one day to help your team decorate. They were both very surprised you were dating… anyone."
He sighs setting the gift to the side before pulling you into his lap. "Thank you for the gift and no more going to my office."
You salute him, "Yes, sir." You tried to fight off a smirk as he growls at you.
The next night, your gift to Marc was a backpack. Not a cheap one either. It was military grade, meant to survive anything.
"Just in case." You shrugged reading over the back of one of the books he had gifted you for the night.
He just watched you. This wasn't the cutesy, cozy gifts of the first three nights. This was a serious gift. While he didn't need a backpack like this as Moon Knight, he did miss the one he got rid of after well… dying the first time. He looked down at the bag and ran his fingers along the stitching.
The next night Marc added a second present, even though you agreed to one a night.
"Humor me," he says kissing your head.
You smile lightly and open the small box. You gasp seeing the charm bracelet inside. There was a crescent moon, a Magan David, a Hamsa, the Empire State Building, a book, a compass, two stars; one with an S and the other with a J, and at the center was a heart with a M on it.
You look over at Marc. "Well this makes tonight's gift silly."
He tilts his head at you before ripping into the wrapped gift. Marc holds up the hoodie and smiles at the sufganiyot in the middle with the words 'Let's Jam' around it.
He looks at you, still smiling. "I love it, Elaine."
You chew on your lower lip and clap, "Yay."
He chuckles before pulling you into his lap. You wrap your arms around his neck. He rubs your back, "I think this is the first time in a very long time that I've enjoyed the holidays."
You nod and kiss his cheek. "I'm glad I can help you."
Marc strokes your cheek. You peck his lips and go to get up but Marc keeps a hold on you. "I love you, Elaine."
You look at him and give him a soft smile, "I love you too, Marc."
