Summary
Rupert rolled his eyes. It was so fucking typical. Another scathing review, but somehow this one mattered more because a different name was plastered on the top of the newsletter. Who exactly determined that this specific source had any semblance of credibility? And credibility, how exactly?
Half-Baked with Taggie O’Hara. What an idiotic name. It was a crying shame that the contents weren’t half as laughable.
"The Hounds delivered a show with all the cohesion of a collapsing shed. The lead singer remains convinced that volume can substitute for emotional depth. It cannot. The new single limps onstage like a wounded animal begging to be put out of its misery. The only moment of genuine energy came from the drummer, who deserves therapy, new bandmates, or some combination of both. Perhaps if Rupert Campbell-Black possessed any semblance of stage presence, we would be able to overlook these other…deficiences."
