Being in a relationship was exciting. They could be doing the most mundane things in the world yet being with her was juts so exciting to him. Her wanting to spend time with him filled him with glee.
Every thought of her made him happy.
Sometimes he couldn't even sleep with how much he thought about her. Sometimes he could fall asleep and she would penetrate his dreams. He never knew it could feel so good to like someone so much.
Tonight was one of those night where he couldn't sleep and it was good thing because around midnight his phone buzzed.
He picked up and felt his heart skip a beat when he realized it was her.
Amber:
You up? Can't sleep :(
He sat up immediately and texted back instantly.
Mark:
Same. What do you want me to do about it?
Amber:
Come over and keep me company x
Mark's heart skipped a beat.
Mark:
I'll be there in a few minutes <3
He'd always move quickly for Amber.
