   Summary

   “Help me!” The boy’s hoarse scream yanked Ben back to reality, and he climbed off the boy and shuffled to his feet. “Pleasepleaseplease, please, he’s going to kill me! You have to— please, help me, I can’t—” The boy grabbed Ben’s shirt, his eyes pleading for his life.

   While on a walk Ben comes across a boy, terrified, beaten and running for his life. He takes him home to raise but a traumatized child is much different from a baby Ankylosaurus and both he and Kenji will have to heal parental wounds if they want to give him the life he deserves.
