    When Gojo found out that a child was getting sold off to the Zenin clan, he couldn't help himself from wanting to do something about it. He didn't think that- no, he knew that a child should not have to go through all of the difficulties of carrying the burden of a powerful cursed technique at a young age. All Gojo wanted was for this kid to grow up with a good childhood to look back on.

    Even though he was still too young to actually adopt this kid as his own, he knew he could find a loophole to prevent the kid from going to Zenin clan for just a few more years (Gojo always finds a way).

    Now that Gojo has officially adopted Megumi and Tsumiki a few years later, he hopes he can provide as good of a childhood for them as he didn't get to have himself.
