Summary
Some things Youngjae knows about himself to be true is that he’s stubborn, selfish, and that he gets what he wants. So he’s not overthinking things when Jaebeom shows interest in him—they simply can’t be a thing, no matter how much his friends say they’d look cute together—because he has responsibilities and knows this will end poorly. But then again, Jaebeom likes him, is good and nice and gay, and try as he might, Youngjae can’t keep away from him.
With nearly nine years under their belt, Youngjae thinks that life together with Jaebeom has been really good. Good enough that he thought they’d even get married. But recent big disturbances in their usual—a promotion, a broken wrist, Jaebeom’s band getting back together—has him questioning when their relationship started going downhill.
Seems like not much has changed for Youngjae, except now doesn't get what he wants.
