Work Text:
Spencer looks down at the small pile of papers on his desk.
He's been getting into drawing recently, and the interest has passed to his regressed side as well.
A lot of the littles at Smosh will make the people they love homemade gifts for Christmas. He has never participated in that tradition, having decided he is too old for it.
But this year he feels compelled to participate.

It's the end of work on a fairly normal day at the office, just a bit more cheerful with the holiday spirit in the air.
Spencer doesn't usually regress at work, but he's made an exception today, wanting to give out his drawings.
He walks over to Trevor nervously.
“Hey, Trev” he says, grabbing Trevor’s attention from his phone
While most littles sound different in headspace, he sounds similar enough that he's fallen into the habit of announcing it.
“I'm 13 by the way.” He adds and Trevor raises an eyebrow at him.
“You alright dude?“ he asks with concern and Spencer rolls his eyes, unceremoniously thrusting the drawing into his hands.
Trevor looks at it and laughs, a smile stretching across his face.
The anime-esque drawing is of Spencer dunking a basketball, jumping high in the air over Trevor.
“Merry Christmas or whatever.” He mutters and Trevor laughs again, pulling the little into a hug.
“I love it.” Trevor says genuinely as he pulls away. “Even if it's extremely unrealistic” he adds and Spencer shoves him.
“I can dunk on you any day of the week.” He challenges and Trevor rolls his eyes.
“Sure, and I can fly.” He snarks playfully and Spencer chuckles as he walks away.
“Bye bro!” He calls out casually behind him and Trevor beams at the new nickname.
“See ya, dude!”

Spencer takes a deep breath before he approaches Damien.
He hasn't spoken to the man while regressed since they played Fortnite with Trevor and he’d said ‘I love you’ before hanging up.
They haven't talked about it, despite multiple attempts on Damien's part.
He braces himself for the conversation he knows is coming, and speaks up.
“Hi Dames.” He says casually and Damien looks up at him with a soft expression.
“Hey Spence. You alright?” he asks curiously, immediately clocking that he's little.
Spencer smiles softly at him. “This is for you.” He whispers shyly, shoving the drawing into his hand.
This one is more serious than the other one. It's the two of them sitting together on the couch, surrounded by their cats.
Damien grins at him. “This is so sweet bud, thank you.” He says genuinely, and Spencer blushes.
“Merry Christmas.” He mumbles as he walks into Damien’s open arms.
Damien rubs his back soothingly, before letting him go. “Merry Christmas.” He repeats before quietly adding “I love you too.”
Spencer blushes again, crossing his arms in an attempt to look more put together.
Damien smiles at him, gesturing to him to sit next to him and he obliges.
“I've been thinking about everything, and I just want you to know that if there's anything you want to talk about, I'm here.” He explains gently and Spencer groans.
“This is sappy as fuck, Dames” he almost whines and Damien rolls his eyes.
“I'm just opening communication, you're the sappy one that drew me a picture.” He reminds him and he huffs.
“What do you want me to say?” He questions rhetorically, “Hey Damien, I think I was wrong about not wanting a caregiver and would love to take your offer to try it out.”
Damien laughs with a big smile on his face, pulling him into a hug. “You're just a microcosm of teenage angst” he says exasperatedly, “I'd love to try it out with you”
Spencer lets out a deep breath. “Cool” he mumbles, leaning into the man.
“Thanks”
