Stuck inside the same walls, Vee paced around in her room in circles, behind the stage, early in the morning.
The room was messy, with crates and decors thrown around carelessly, the spotlights were faulty and her microphone cord was wagging mindlessly.
There was something bothering her, something she couldn't tame, someone she couldn't take.
Someone she loves impotently, love she buried deep in her heart, something she believed she didn't deserve.
Even after all these days of talking, walking and hanging out, from lending a hand to spending the night with plans, she reached a point where she couldn't harbor the truth, hiding her sentiment by setting up a smiling facade behind a contemplative visage that was bound to break.
She walked herself to the working elevator, since the one behind the stage was out of service, it's not like there was anything usable in that room.
Eventually it lifted her to one of the rooms where the walls were painted in blue with a rainbow plastered horizontally across the entire room, visualizing an imitation of a cloudless sky they have yet to see with their bare eyes.
Finding her way out, she saw Brightney arranging books on one of the bookshelves near the stairs, as Brightney took a book out she was suprised to see Vee popping up to her side
✧📺：－ “Lovely seeing you here, as always, My favorite contestant！Brightney！”
✧💡：－ “Woah, you startled me there Vee！you seem full of energy today.”
✧📺：－ “Yeah, so I was wondering.. What's up？How are you.”
✧💡：－ “ The ceiling, Oh and me？I'm doing quite well thank you！”
✧📺：－ “Thats.. great.”

.
.
✧💡：－ “ And.. What about you？”
✧📺：－“I'll stop beating around the bush and get straight to the point.”
“I need some assistance with someone you happen know well.”
✧💡：－ “Hm？ and who could that person be？”
✧📺：－ “Well, you'll figure it out later when you're free.”
✧💡：－ “I don't have anything written on my to do list today so..”
✧📺：－“That sounds perfect, meet me in my room at ten and bring Dazzle with you.”
✧💡：－ “Bring Dazzle？ with Razzle too, right？
✧📺：－ “Yeah I suppose, and while we're at it, do you have some spare light bulbs to share？ my stage lights needs some fixing.”
✧💡：－ “ Sure, I got plenty to share in my room, I'll be there with light bulbs and the twins at ten then.”
✧📺：－ “Oh, and before I go, do you need any help with carrying these books？”
✧💡：－ “I'm nearly done with them actually so I'm good！
✧📺：－“Good to know, See you at ten！”
Vee scurried away as Brightney watched her leave, the silence left Brightney to think to herself in amusement alone, how effortless it was to read Vee like an open book, leaving the "important person" in question unmentioned but easily noticed；why would she ask to bring the book club members into her room except Astro? this only gave her a moment of mirth.
She shook her head and ultimately arranged the books.
The clock strikes 10 am, most of the toons are usually waking up or sleeping in, Brightney led Razzle and Dazzle out of the elevator, Razzle was too groggy to keep up so he blacked out, leaving Dazzle to talk
✧🎭（D）：－ “ （Razzle...Wake up.）”
✧🎭（R）：－“Uuaauahahhshdhfhfj.”
✧🎭（D）：－“（We are in Vee's room.. isn't this the moment you've been waiting for?）”
✧📺：－“Everyone's here.”
✧💡：－ “Yup, even the light bulbs！”
✧📺：－ “Fantastic, Follow me behind the stage.”
✧🎭（R）：－Honkmimimimi..
The room was in a devastated state with chaos filled to the brim.
✧💡：－ “ I think we need to .. take care of this place first.”
✧🎭（D）：－“（why am I here again…？）
✧💡：－ “Oh, that's right！, you were too cryptic with your words Vee.”
“You needed some assistance with a certain somebody you wish to not tell？”
It seems like they put her at the spot, she can only stammer in response
✧📺：－ “Well.. uhm yeah, that's pretty much it.”
✧💡：－ “And who is that lucky person？”
✧📺：－ “Astro..”
Brightney knew she hit the nail on the head with her precise prediction.
✧📺：－ “The plan is.. I wanted to confess to him by setting up a special game show trivia, between me and him only, tonight.”
“But I doubt I'd be able to fix up this mess alone”
She said, taking a sight of her room
Brightney softened, saying
✧💡：－ “It's alright, we can fix this together”
✧🎭（D）：－“（Yeah...we can…！）”
✧📺：－ “I want this to be over with before dusk. ”
“I don't think I can manage keeping this secret for another day.”
“I'll do whatever you want in return Brightney, oh and Dazzle, consider you and your bother invited to the next show.”
The rare joyful suprise in Dazzles eyes were apparent until he repeated what she said.
✧🎭（D）：－“（My “bother”……？）” But Brightney shook her head once again.
✧💡：－ “I don't think I need anything from you, atleast not now, just make sure to check your battery every now and then.”
✧📺：－ “Alright, if you happen to need something from me, fret not to swing by.”
✧💡：－ “Alright Vee.”
And so then, The bunch began to restore and renovate the entire floor, from the arcade hall to the stage, starting from her private room, all sharing the same goal；to ameliorate the room and set up an extravagant stage.
Vee gave them their well earned breaks, but she continued setting up the lights that Brightney fixed, and taking out the trash that Dazzle found, forcing herself out of her comfort zone and crossing the limits.
✧🎭（D）：－“（Vee.. are you alright？）”
✧💡：－ “You look exhausted, I think you need to rest.”
✧📺：－ “No I'm fine, we're nearly done.. I just need to invite Astro over and.. What time is it？”
✧💡：－ “4 PM”
“We still have a lot of time！, don't ru-”
✧🎭（D）：－“（She's gone..）”
✧💡：－ “..This entire thing means a lot to her.. let's try to make the best out of it！”
✧🎭（D）：－“（I guess we can try..）”
✧💡：－ “Is Razzle still asleep？”
✧🎭（D）：－“（Mhm..）”
✧💡：－ “Only a few touch ups left so, there isn't much to do”
Vee knew Astro's when and whereabouts because had a keen eye on him, or maybe because her eyes couldn't leave him, he'd always be in his room at a time like this, without further ado she hurried searching for him, every step felt like her wires were being pulled by a love-driven puppeteer, seeking the warmth that he held in his arms, the crave to feel him, to-
✧🌙：－ “Vee？Are you okay？”
✧📺：－ “HHAAAAAAAHHHHHhhhhheeeeyyyy！ Astro！I've been... looking for you！
✧🌙：－“I've seen you enter my room.. staring into space.”
✧📺：－ “I'm fine, I just wanted to tell you something.”
✧🌙：－ “Hm？ what is it.”
He let go of the book he was reading, placing it on the ground aside as he got up from his beanbag to face her.
Her tail fidgeted
✧📺：－ “.. are you free.. Soon.. 9 PM …… sharp？
He gave her a nod
✧🌙：－“Yeah, I don't have any plans tonight, why'd you ask？”
✧📺：－ “Well, you did say you wanted to practice and rehearse to make an appearance in my ..gameshow... this friday…！”
✧🌙：－ “But I don't recall it on the schedule timetabl-”
✧📺：－ “Are you coming or not？”
✧🌙：－ “Yes, yes I will.”
✧📺：－ “Okay, see you in my room.”
She took her leave, Astro was left puzzled, he sensed that there was some sort of grand preparation she had behind his back, but he couldn't put his finger on it, so he decided to go with the flow and make his way to her room when the waning gibbous rises at 9 PM.
Before his arrival, Vee double checks everything with her group
✧📺：－ “The lights？”
✧💡：－ “Check”
✧📺：－ “The curtains？”
✧🎭（D）：－“（Check..）”
✧💡：－ “Is Razzle still sleeping till now？”
✧🎭（D）：－“（Well.. not exactly, he woke up temporarily, but he went back to sleep）”
“（Because of the sugar I told him not to eat earlier...）”
✧📺：－ “I don't want him to be a witness.. But you should probably get him checked up too.”
✧💡：－ “I've read that excessive consumption of sugar causes a rapid increase in sugar spikes in the blood, Releasing insuli-”
✧📺：－ “Yes, that's right！, you still remain knowledgeable as ever.”
✧💡：－“Thanks Vee！”
✧🎭（D）：－“（If thats so..）”
Dazzle took a mental note to himself.
✧💡：－“I think that's about it, everything is prepared！”
✧📺：－ “Thats good, it's nearly 9.. I suppose you 3 will have a wonderful view behind the curtains..
Her voice was dripped with sarcasm
✧💡：－ “Really？ you want us to watch？”
✧📺：－ “I can't stop y'all from taking a peak, can I？”
✧💡：－“True that.”
The sound of the elevator opening alerted the group, Astro took a step out, perceiving the room, after taking a few steps he clenched onto his blanket.
the place seemed like it was occupied for an actual game show trivia, a little too neat and tidy for a simple “rehearsal”, everything seemed stainless, impeccable.
It overwhelmed him, he didn't take her invitation with a grain of salt, but at the same time, serenity, silence and darkness took over the room with a hint of light hitting the middle buzzer, making it the main notice, a sign to welcome himself onto the stage, it gave him a sense of ease.
But it broke as Vee emerged from the darkness.
✧📺：－ “I've gazed through the starlit skies but it never stopped me from capturing the moon's radiance, if you ask me, the moon looks beautiful tonight.”
She winked
✧🌙：－ “It s-sure does…！”
Wait, was that compliment meant for him？
Before he could even digest and process her endearment, Vee led him to the stage, followed by her disappearance again.
He found himself beneath the dim light.
As Vee hid behind the shadows, she couldn't help herself but to dread yet anticipate the next moment, her wires felt like it was tying to knots, ruminating if what she did the entire day was silly or worth it.
But it was too late to back down now so she raised her head high, fixed her bowtie and held onto her microphone tight, for this will be a fate determining night.
she tried to consider this like any other usual gameshow, to alleviate her anxiety.
✧📺：－ “Mic check！mic check！are you ready？”
Astro bobbed his head in agreement, with a nervous smile wrapped on his face
✧📺：－ “In this one of a kind night, I present a very special participant..
an important question！
Brightney and Dazzle took a peak behind Astro, slightly moving the curtain.
✧📺：－ “Think you can answer this？”
The light on Astro diminishes, the rest of the spotlights flash towards the screen, displaying a question.
She turned her head to the screen, to read with a grasped, heavy heart, expecting failure.
“I love you, do you？”
The sudden shift in her tone caught Astro off guard.
This was a love confession the entire time.
did she think that her feelings weren't mutual？
The dark lasted a short while, before the soft lights found its way to Astro again.
He was flustered, with his blush turning dark blue, his attempts of covering his face was pathetic.
Did she work on her room diligently and put up an entire show just for him？
✧🌙：－ “I …I ah.. uhm”
He squealed
.
.
.
But he pressed the buzzer.
Vees attention returns to Astro as he had something to admit, too.
✧🌙：－ “I do！ okay？… I always have…！”
✧📺：－ “Is that so…？”
“Well.. there is a prize for your answer！”
She answered enthusiastically.
She was reassured.
Her plan was a success.
She unbuttoned her green coat to reveal a standing out red ribbon tied around her hips, she was clothed, but it seems like her clothes were dependent on that red ribbon.
Brightney whispered
✧💡：－“Wait.. since when did she wear that ribbon？”
✧🎭（D）：－“（Oh.. that was my idea）”
“（She tied it up before looking for Astro..）”
✧💡：－“So she has been running around the entire evening wearing ..that beneath her coat？”
Dazzle gave her a nod
With no hesitation Astro jumped off the stage and ran to Vee, only to plunge the both of them together into the floor.
Together, their laughter filled the air as he picked her off the ground and gently pulled her to a tender kiss between his arms.
The other two （Brightney and Dazzle） were observing, as for Razzle？ He just woke up, witnessing the kiss before his popped eyes and his agape mouth.
✧🎭（R）：－“ What in gardenview！”
He screamed.
✧💡：－“Hey Razzle！ you missed out on a lot！”
✧🎭（D）：－“（Yeah..）”
✧🎭（R）：－“Whats going on？！？！”
He was left in a confused state as Astro carries Vee and flees to his room, to tend to a priceless gift.
